The 2nd Annual Micro Brew Fest at Centennial Park was a casual night out where people could mingle with fellow micro brew lovers. Micro brews from all over the world, a food buffet including a beer flavored cheese dipping sauce, and photo booth with a custom beer background photo strip in Munster, Indiana were the highlights of the evening.
Calumet Breweries and Indiana Beverage provided many beers for the micro brew fest from all over the world that would satisfy most palates to include Brian Boru from Three Floyds, Crown Brown from Crown Brewery, Shock Top Honeycrisp Apple Wheat, Monty Python’s Holy Grail Ale, Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye IPA, and Shiner Bohemian Black Lager to name a few.
Some St. Patrick’s Day beads, beer goggles, and other various props were used to ferment the micro brew idea on the photo strip pictures.
Going along with the beer was a food buffet hosted by Centennial Park of Munster, Indiana. The beer flavored cheese dipping sauce and pretzels were a homemade treat. A taco bar, pulled chipotle bbq beef sliders, chicken wings, veggie tray, cheese and cracker tray, and dessert tray helped to cleanse the palate between sampling beers.
