Chips, dice, cards, photos, music, food and the photo booth were going full-titlt at Sand Creek Country Club of Chesterton, Indiana for the Matrix NAC Holiday Party.
Everyone was a high roller when it came to the casino gaming tables. Craps seemed to attract the biggest crowds and was definitely the loudest of the bunch. There was also blackjack, roulette, texas hold ’em poker, pai gow poker, and caribbean stud poker. Guests cashed out their chips for raffle tickets for chances at the big prizes at the end of the evening.
The food spread was a royal flush from the appetizers to the desserts. A table full of shrimp cocktail, Tuscan bruschetta, cheeses, vegetables, three cheese stuffed mushroom caps, and more was laid out. The main course consisted of herb chicken with pesto cream sauce, potato crusted walleye, and beef tips in red wine mushroom sauce accompanied by a salad and some sides. Dessert towers were brought out with many pie slices, cheesecake, and other small selections.
Guests put their best poker faces on in the photo booth. The 4×6 photo strip featured chips and the company logo with 3 photos highlighted with a light blue. Tommy guns, boas, and pimp hats were the jackpot of the props for the Casino Night.
