The Radisson Star Plaza in Merrillville was home to a fairy tale wedding where Mile and Jessica celebrated their love with friends and family. The reception was a party filled with dancing, great food, lovely uplighting, candy, and a photobooth.
The Radisson was drenched in pretty blue uplighting, with drapery behind the head table. All around the room blue accents were on everything from the tables to the candy and the cake to the dresses. The strip featured a royal blue color with a heart monogram at the bottom. Funny props made pictures hilarious and unique. Signs on a stick, sequin masks, tiaras and viking helmets
were donned in all kinds of pictures with friends and family.

A candy table welcomed guests with it’s enticing sweets, and dinner started with a cucumber salad. Toasts were given, and a story was told about how Jessica was always going “on and on” about this guy she met named “Mile.” The mother of the bride quoted a Disney movie for her toast, making the evening magical for everyone, showing how Jessica had finally found her “Prince Charming.” Mile toasted to his bride and to their love, and later a slideshow was shown highlighting the years of affection between bride and groom.
A family toast was given at the end of the night, where everyone raised their glasses to celebrate Mile and Jessica’s journey into a life of adventure, happiness, health and love.
